    Project-based local coordination

A Bit Pi is a Taiwan-based consultancycombining strategic commercial judgment with hands-on business development.

This gives international brands a focused local partner without requiring a full in-market team from day one.

  • Start with the Business Case

Market interest alone is not enough. Weexamine whether the product, pricing, channel economics and local conditions support a viable market entry.

    Discuss a Scope
  • Asia Is Not One Market

Taiwan is our operating base, but notautomatically the first market for every brand. We assess relevant Asian
markets through buyer fit, local price and margins, partner access, and
execution readiness. Any market-development work beyond Taiwan is scoped around
the specific opportunity and available local resources.

Market selection should follow commercialevidence—not a preset rollout plan.

  • Execution Experience That Complements OurAdvisory Work.

    Where should we start?

We start by understanding your brand, target marketand most important commercial decision. We then recommend either a defined strategic assessment or a commercial development mandate.

No. A Bit Pi is an independentmarket-entry and business-development consultancy. We help brands evaluate

We can assess opportunities in selected Asian markets.Any partner development or local execution outside Taiwan is confirmed case by case, based on the agreed scope and available resources.
